王鉴非副教授1964年5月生，1988年6月毕业于武汉大学法律系。现为华中科技大学法学院副教授，硕士研究生导师，经济法研究所副所长；湖北省经济法学会常务理事，湖北瑜珈律师事务所兼职律师，武汉市江汉区人民检察院人民监督员。【主要研究方向】：建筑法、房地产法。现已出版学术专著、教材6部，主要有《房地产法概论》，1991年5月中国政法大学出版社出版；《建设法规概论》，1996年9月中国建筑工业出版社出版；《新编经济法教程》，1998年10月化学工业出版社出版。公开发表学术论文23篇，代表性作品有“房地产开发中若干法律问题的探讨”，载于《当代法学》1996年第4期；“关于我国住房商品化的法律思考”，载于《中国房地产》1998年第10期；“商品房预购(售)中应注意的几个法律问题”，载于《城市开发》2000年第6期；“对我国住宅立法若干问题的思考”，载于《中外房地产导报》2002年第18期；“我国物业管理业主公约若干法律问题探析”，载于《中国物业管理》2004年第1期；“关于物业管理法制发展的几点思考”，载于《中国物业管理》第4期。曾参与国家《城市房地产管理法》、《建筑法》、《物业管理条例》的立法研讨和起草工作，在研科研项目为“住宅法立法研究”。给本科生主讲房地产法、律师实务等课程，给硕士研究生主讲建筑法与房地产法专题。
