水论文发不发表

一篇论文能否发表,除了论文水平,还受到各种因素影响。一是编辑的水平高低、偏好;二是刊物的稿源是否充足;三是作者的名气及与刊物的关系;四是有偿征稿,付费发表等。

第一次发表论文,需要注意以下方面:1.学术论文发表,首先要学会鉴定期刊真伪。因为非法期刊发表的论文在职称或研究生毕业中都属于无效的。具体鉴定方法:以新闻出版总署的检索系统为根据。检索不到的就是非法期刊。2.期刊的等级分类。根据主管单位的等级分国家级和省级,市级。如果期刊名称能在全国中文核心期刊列表或CSSCI期刊列表中查到。那刊物就是核心期刊。去昂过中文核心期刊指每4年由北大图书馆评选出的期刊。上次评选是2004年。俗称北大核心。CSSCI是指《中文社会科学引文索引》,是由南京大学研制成功的、我国人文社会科学评价领域的标志性工程。每2年统计公布一次,上次公布是2008年。俗称南大核心。3.学术论文发表的过程。尽管有部分机构要求先付定金,审稿费之类。但一般的过程是:投稿,审稿,用稿答复,办理版面费,排版,出刊,邮递样刊。这个环节,作者怕的是被不法分子走版面费,却不给予刊登文章。因此如果作者不着急刊登的话,可以先让对方安排邮递出杂志社的盖章录用通知后,再办理版面费。邮递录用通知,大城市者尽量让快递公司邮递快递到付的。一般费用是支付20元的快递费。这样保证了时间,也保证录用通知不会出麻烦。因为我国邮政实在平信丢失率太高30%,挂号太慢,长达1个月。如果时间紧,可直接向对方咨询杂志社编辑电话,通过电话确认后,再办理版面费。当然如果有曾经发表成功的朋友介绍的话,那办理起来更方便,也更安全些。4.关于排水类的论文发表。一般发表在技术类的期刊上就可以。纯排水的学术期刊,一般都经营较差,不是社里缺稿件出不了刊,就是要求严格比较难发。——山东期刊采编中心

着要取决于你的指导老师啊,老师如果说你目前写的可以,那就行,如果比较严格就要重新修改了。答辩倒好办,一般不会为难你的。
