一、尊重学生的主体作用，激发写作兴趣 “趣浓劳轻，乐此不疲。”兴趣是治愈恐惧的一剂良药。通过各种方式激发学生的写作兴趣能使学生较快进入角色，克服作文“恐惧症”。 1、创设写作情境，激发学生的写作兴趣。学生初学作文，最大的难题是：“没东西可写”，教师必须循序渐进地引导学生解决这个问题。为学生创设写作情境，如预先布置学生去观察某一特定的景物，或参加某一次活动，或记述熟悉的某一个人，这样学生就有话可说，容易完成作文。其中，生动幽默的导言或猜谜是激发学生写作兴趣的有效途径。比如，在要求学生写一种水果之前，我设计了这样一个小故事：“有一天，唐僧师徒四人来到火焰山，又热又渴。可是行李里只有一个苹果，怎么分呢？唐僧提议谁把苹果的特点说得详细具体，这苹果就归谁。（出示一个苹果）问：“同学们你们想吃这个苹果吗？”这样，学生就会置自己于这个特定的情境，他们的兴趣很自然得到激发。其次在作文命题上，除做到切合学生生活实际和具有启发性外，还应遵循“由易到难，由小到大”的规律。如写同一假日等街景，可分别出《欢乐的人们》、《美丽的街灯》等小题目，让学生克服“无从写起”的困难。 2、寓教于乐，培养学生的写作兴趣。作文讲评课力求生动、新奇、多样，让学生在轻松的环境中明白好在哪里，错在哪里。一是生动。坚持让学生从范例中体会写作规律。对学生习作中那些夸大其词的描写、啼笑皆非的想象、张冠李戴的用词等比较普遍典型的错误，可通过绘声绘色的朗读，让学生知道错在何处。二是新奇。注意选择那些充满情趣、富有特色又符合教学要求的文章或习作，力求激发学生的悟性，从中得到启迪。我曾给学生读过一篇《读者》文摘上登载的《我的妈妈》，这篇短文一改只写妈妈“好”的老套子，写了妈妈生活中的一些“缺点”。文章出自孩子的眼光，写得十分诙谐有趣。这篇范文使学生明白了一个道理：选材一定要新颖，要写得生动，有特点。三是多样。讲评形式多样，可以避免学生因单调重复产生厌烦情绪，提高学习兴趣。注重综合讲评、重点讲评、个别讲评的差异性，根据不同阶段，不同对象，不同问题进行针对性的分析讲评，帮助学生寻找自己的弱点和兴奋点。 3、教学相长，保持学生的写作兴趣。一要建立良好的师声关系。这是保持学生浓厚学习兴趣的一个外在条件。要让学生喜欢作文，首先要让学生热爱教作文的老师。可以给学生出《老师，请您到我家》、《给老师一封信》、《和老师说悄悄话》等作文题目，既让学生练习写作又拉近师生距离。二要让学生参与教学，发挥学生的主观能动性，提高学习兴趣。例如：在作文审题训练时，有时可以把命题写在黑板上，先让学生充分发表意见，而后由教师进行总结归纳。有时则把审题的目的、范围、要求、重点、体裁等几个要素在课堂上分析讲解，然后拟一命题让学生当堂练习，鼓励学生发表意见，允许争论。三要尊重学生的劳动成果。作文评价对学生的写作起着鼓励、指导和修正的作用。老师要及时批改作文，让学生及时知道老师对自己作文的评价，有时哪怕小小的肯定，几个重点符号都能使学生兴奋，产生对作文的热情。四要让学生体验成功的乐趣。将学生的优秀习作作为范文讲评并展出，或推荐给有关报刊发表，为他们提供发挥写作能力展现的机会，并让作者在全班同学面前讲述写这篇作文的体会。身边同学的成功，给大家带来喜悦，带来鞭策，也带来写作的欲望。二、指导学生留心生活，培养观察能力 1、讲读教学，授予观察事物的方法。培养学生的观察能力，首先要教给学生观察事物的方法。我在讲读课上十分重视引导学生学习作者观察事物的方法。 2、习作练习，训练观察事物的思维。教师在指导学生的观察方法后，要通过练习，使学生在写作实践中培养的提高观察能力，并通过练习来检验学生观察的效果，促使他们更加认真地观察，激发观察的兴趣，培养学生的观察习惯。结合各单元习作要求，实地指导训练学生的观察能力。 3、写作日记，培养观察事物的习惯。为培养学生的观察习惯，可以要求学生写观察日记。日记可以反映校内外的生活，大、中、小队的活动，对周围发生的事物的看法，也可以写阅读课外书、看电影、电视后的感想和意见等。对学生日记，必须进行讲评，将日记内容分门别类加以归纳，好的典型的让学生宣读，互相鼓励，互相学习。 4、观察培养，发展学生的想象力。在培养学生观察能力的同时，注意让学生学会联想和想象。在教学实践中我发现，观察能力强的同学都爱动脑筋，而爱动脑筋思考，爱产生联想的同学往往有丰富的想象力和幻想力。这样的学生在写作时不仅能言之有序，言之有物，言之有情，而且能浮想联翩。 总之，教师只有在尊重学生主体作用的前提下，充分发挥主体作用，通过正确引导、启发，不断激发学生的写作兴趣，帮助学生逐步掌握观察事物的方法，同时在平时的教学中有意识地指导学生加强语言积累，才能使作文教学质量得到真正提升，使学生的写作潜力得到挖掘，语言能力得到培养，综合素质全面提高。

“全日制初级中学英语教学大纲”明确指出：初中英语教学的目的，是通过听、说、读、写的训练，使学 生获得英语基础知识和为交际初步运用英语的能力。但是，在初中英语教学实际情况中，仍然存在忽视教学大 纲要求，自觉和不自觉地采用传统的注重译写和语法教学的方法和课堂结构，忽略听说训练，因而不能充分达 到教学大纲规定的初中英语教学目的。有鉴于此，笔者根据自己的学习体会和从事初中英语教学的实践，就如 何转变思想观念，严格执行大纲要求，改革教学方法，抓好初中英语听说训练的问题，谈谈自己的认识和作法 ，以抛砖引玉，求教于大家。　　一、对听说领先法的理解和认识　　听说领先法是实现教学大纲的保证。自60年代以来，我国外语教学引进听说领先法理论作为指导思想， 经过几十年教学改革的实践，到目前为止听说领先法已成为我国中学外语教学的主导方法。近年来，两个中学 英语教学大纲及根据大纲所编写的教材中充分体现这一指导思想。“中学英语教学大纲”指出：“听说英语是 英语教学的重要目的之一，英语教学要重视听说训练和口语能力培养。”“全日制初级中学英语教学大纲”指 出：“根据初中学生的年龄特点，起始阶段的教学要从视听说入手，听说训练的比重要大些。”笔者认为，学 习外语，首先应重视听的训练，能够听懂，才能带动读说译写的能力跟上，在听懂会说的基础上，才可能使英 语学习有快速提高的效果。因此，实行听说领先法教学是实现中学英语教学大纲听说教学要求的保证。　　根据英语语言的特点，在教学实践中必须坚持听说领先。中国学生的母语是汉语，汉语文字是表意文字 ，体现了形、音、义有机结合，使人见了汉字即可会读知义。英语文字形、音、义并无有机的结合，是拼音文 字，这对中国学生来说是个很大的差异。此外，英语中还有一些只能意会的不能用语法规则讲清的习惯用法， 句型，也存在一些汉、英思维上的差异，在这样的条件下，中国的学生学习英语的拼音文字，如果不能听懂， 也就不会读说，文字的形义也就不能牢记。中国学生必须多听，多读，多说，才能记住英语的形义，时间稍久 些不听不说，就很容易忘记。因此笔者认为：学习英语在初中起始阶段的听说比重要大些，在以后的各个学习 阶段，仍然要重视听说训练，仍然要把听说训练放在第一重要的位置，也就是说要把听说领先法贯穿于整个学 习外语的过程中。同时把语法书写、交际应用、语言知识、翻译等能力培养揉合进去，这样才能学好英语。笔 者体会，听说能力强，阅读能力、悟解能力、交际能力等也随之而强。但是必须指出，听说领先，是指学习英 语时首先要多听，听懂，多说，会说。可以采取各种有效的手段，切忌要求学生象“小和尚念经”有口无心式 地去听去说，那样的听说是机械的，枯燥的，不能持久。为此，可以探索各种生动活泼的有效的听说方式。　　二、提高学生听说能力的有效途径　　语言首先是有声的。听是学习语言的源泉和基础。听得清，才有模可仿，听得准，才能说得对。英语教学 的初级阶段，要求重视听说训练和口语能力的培养，这是科学的，是符合语言教学规律的。实践中，如何加强 对学生的听说训练呢？笔者认为：　　切实抓好起始阶段的英语教学，培养学生良好的听说习惯。学生初学英语，往往抱有好奇心和新鲜感， 因而对学习怀有极大的兴趣。教师应抓住这一良好的开头，把学生的好奇心逐步培养成愿听爱说的习惯，使学 生从学英语的一开始就逐步养成静听别人说英语的习惯，勇于用英语回答以及提问，模仿录音的习惯。教师则 用流利动听的口语，配备上实物、图片以及表情动作，给学生造成深刻的语言印象，并努力使听说训练从小处 着手，创造学生开口的机会。比如，引导学生自觉运用礼貌语言：Hello，Good morning，I'm sorry，Thank you　　，还可以从最简单的课堂教学用语着手，重复使用：Read after me，Look at the blackboard…等组织教 学，学生听多了，不仅听懂，而且也能说几句，好奇心就得到暂时的满足。这时教师可有意识地将课堂上的机 械听说扩展到课余生活中去，使学生的好奇心升华为一种讲英语的兴趣。兴趣的增长，必然给学生带来强烈的 求知欲。因此，抓好英语教学的起始关，培养学生的学习兴趣，是开展听说训练的重要一步。　　坚持课前三分钟讲英语。把每节课开始后的三分钟固定为讲英语的时间，让全班同学轮流作简短的值日 报告。具体作法是从易到难，循序渐进，由点到面逐步铺开的方法。值日生报告内容从短小浅易，分阶段逐渐 过渡到题材广泛，内容丰富多采。这样做，首先应由教师编写代表性的报告范文，印发给学生，选定几名语音 语调好一点的学生当值日示范，然后全班同学轮流值日。报告内容可以是学校生活，小故事和自由谈话等。最 初可按如下几个程式进行：“I'm on duty today，Todayis MTt's Sunny we are all here…随着 句型，词汇的增多，学生还可按当天实际情况增加内容。教师要给予引导鼓励，并有计划地进行巩固所学知识 的口语训练及一些交际性训练。这种简单的英语报告尽管仅占几分钟，但对渲染课堂气氛，发挥学生的模仿力 和创造力，起到了不可低估的作用，也为口语训练提供了场所。它是巩固课堂教学的一种行之有效的手段。　　课文教学坚持听说领先法。把听说训练同课文教学紧密地结合起来，每教新的课文时，坚持让学生先听 录音，然后让学生根据所听内容回答问题。教师提问必须有一般问句，也有特殊问句，内容有简单的，也有复 杂的。这样可以让水平不同的学生都能参与进来，真正达到培养训练学生听、说能力的目的。　　讲课文时，教师不仅坚持用英语组织教学，而且力图使自己的语音语调准确规范，富有表现力。学生提问 或回答教师的问题也尽可能地使用英语。新课文讲完后，要求学生背诵课文，在此基础上引导学生学会归纳大 意进行复述或表演出课文内容。这种形式是培养学生实际运用语言能力的最佳方式。课文教学还可坚持听写训 练，听写的内容可以是课文中的单词，短语，句子或课文缩写。这也是强化听力训练。　　建立课内外活动小组，加强语言实践。英语是一门实践性很强的学科。为开展语言实践活动，可建立课 内外活动小组。课内活动小组，每四人一组，由前后两张课桌组成，在课堂上进行问答，对话和表演。课外活 动小组可根据学生的语言水平和年龄特点，在课后组织讲故事，朗诵，猜谜语，学唱英语歌，英语文艺演出， 出英语墙报，英文打字，举办英语知识竞赛等等。这些活动可使学生开阔视野，增长知识，又可加强学生学习 英语的兴趣，提高学生听说英语的能力。除上述各方法外，有条件的学校还可考虑每周开设一节听力课，对学 生进行专门的听力训练。利用录音、广播电视等现代化手段来促进学生的听说训练，扩展他们的语言环境。平 时可要求学生之间试着用英语交流，以锻炼说的能力。还应改革考试方法，有笔试，口试，听力测验等内容。 这样，多方位地开展听说训练，就是提高学生听说能力的有效途径。　　三、发挥教师主导作用调动学生积极性　　教学是教师的教和学生的学组成的双边活动。教师的教对学生的学来说居于主导地位。实践证明，教师的 主导作用和学生的主体作用是相辅相成的，两者不能偏废。教师发挥主导作用的根本条件是不断地提高自身的 思想政治和业务水平。一个合格的教师，首先要忠于党的教育事业，热爱本职工作，热爱每个学生。同时必须 具备一定的专业知识，具备过硬的基本功。英语教师的基本功是：听说能力，课堂用语，朗读，板书，唱歌， 画简笔画，简称听、说、读、写、唱、画、演。教师还要善于运用教育学和心理学原理，根据学生的生理和心 理特征，采取有效的教学方法，技巧，排除学生在英语听说中的心理障碍，调动他们的主动性和积极性，发挥 他们的主体作用，比如，教师上课提问的技巧，应随时注意学生的心理和情绪，提问时，面要广，又要有重复 面。问过的同学还可再问，使所有学生都处于积极的备问状态。课堂上千万不要有“被遗忘的角落”，要选择 合适的问题，让不同程度的学生回答，坚持每个学生都有实践的机会，特别对有害羞心理，不敢开口的少数学 生，更要创造条件，鼓励他们大胆开口。总之提问的技巧，就是要争取照顾每一个学生的情绪，调动其学习积 极性，使教学场面生动活泼，吸引学生的注意力和求知欲，活跃学习气氛。这样，才能充分发挥教师的主导作 用，才能启发学生的主体作用，使二者有机结合，相得益彰，才能使中学英语教学达到教学大纲提出的要求和 目的。

What they should master after the learning? 总结本节课所学重要知识。Step6 Homework 课后作业To read the text skillfully and try to reciteTo practice part 3 with their parents熟练朗读课文，争取背诵；和父母一起玩练习三的游戏Step7 Blackboard design 板书设计I divide the blackboard into two One part is used to write the main points of the text; the other part is used to show the ppt to the 把黑板分成两部分，左边板书课文及重要单词，右边向学生展示课件。四、Self-reflection 教学反思本堂课开展的活动符合一年级孩子心理，适合他们对语言的学习；课堂气氛活跃，能调动学生学习英语的积极性；教学步骤上处理恰当。回头看这堂课的教学，我觉得还有一些有待改进的地方：鼓励学生的语言少，对学生要求过于严厉；巩固单词这一环节游戏时间过长，导致巩固句子时间过短；课堂时间分配不够合理；教学环节设计的还是不够完善，不能灵活自如的衔接；上课过程中应尽量用全英，培养孩子的语感；开火车的游戏在英语课堂当中应该换成英语的说法，比如何凤老师在课堂中运用的snowball（滚雪球）。
